FAQ's

We typically ship packages out 3-10 business days after placing your order. For larger or more time intensive orders, please allow an extra day or so as many of our items are made to order. Weekends do not count as business days.

Packages are picked up / dropped off from our office the same or next business day

We ship all orders through USPS First Class. Priority is used when the package exceeds 16oz.

We ship packages Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

0-4 oz is 3.59
4-7 oz is 3.99
8-15oz is 5.99
16-27oz is 8.99

28oz+ is 12.99

Shipping Charges

Treats:
Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. Keep the white packets with your treats to absorb excess moisture. Best when used within 3 months from purchase.

Forages and Blends:

Herbs will last for 1-3 years when properly stored. Keep in an airtight container away from light and heat.

Pea Flakes:

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. Keep the white packets with your pea flakes to absorb excess moisture. Best when used within 2-3 months from purchase. Will last for 6-18 months when stored in your freezer.

For large bags of Chloe’s Organic Pea Flakes: to prevent spoilage, we recommend keeping your Chloe’s Pea Flakes in your freezer. Take out 1 serving (2-10 flakes per pet (according to bag label)), allow them to come to room temp. before feeding. While our pea flakes are dehydrated at a low temperature, they are a perishable food and if exposed to heat and humidity could cause them to spoil over time.

Unfortuately, the handling at the post office can be rough… to put it lightly. While we do our best to package your order safely, things do happen. If something arrives broken and it is NOT ON SALE and no coupon was used, we will gladly send a replacement out. And you’ll still welcome to feed the broken pieces to your pet! If you would prefer a refund, we will ask for a photographic evidence the item is damaged. Note shipping will not be refunded.
* Items on sale, in addition to orders placed with a coupon are not available or replacements.
