ORDER SHIPMENTS TIMELINE
Our products are shipped within 2-6 business days (M-F). Weekends are not considered business days.
Please note that during busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, periods with a large influx of orders, etc.), our processing times may be extended slightly due to the increase of orders. However, in the past, we have been very good about this and have rarely had any delayed shipments.
We ship all orders through USPS First Class. Priority is used when the package exceeds 16oz.
We have a flat shipping rate of $4.95. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping!
We ship packages Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
We love our international customers! We have shipped to many countries without any issues thus far (knock on wood!)
We charge a flat rate $22 USD for international shipping. If shipping is less, we will refund the excess like we’ve always done:)
The Natural Cavy is not responsible for duty or other fees for international shipping. We realize many countries have strict import laws. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs laws and fees. Many countries have a $40 and under limit for no taxes or fees. We are unable to change the declared value of packages, so if your order is over your country’s customs fees, you may be charged import taxes or fees. We have no way of knowing (and no control over) whether or not you will be charged customs fees or taxes for imported goods.
Accidents happen. The post office is also not always the kindest to packages. If something in your order comes broken and it is not on sale, we will gladly issue a refund. You are more than welcome to keep and feed the broken treats if you wish! You can get in touch with us using the Green Chat button which should be located in the lower right corner of our site!
Unlike with Etsy, refunds may take a few days to show up on your original payment method.
Please note that The Natural Cavy or anyone associated with The Natural Cavy is not responsible in the extremely unlikely event something happens to your pet(s) because of the use or consumption of my products. Please reach out if you have any questions on this.
Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Our products are intended for the average, healthy pet. PLEASE see an exotic vet if your pet(s) are ill. Small animals hide their illnesses very well as they are prey animals. Prompt vet visits are required at the FIRST sign your pet may be ill.
Privacy and Your Data
The Natural Cavy and Daniel has access to your name, email, address, and other information entered when creating an account. We will never share this data with anyone. We do not have access to your personal information such as your credit card numbers or other information. If you have joined The Cavy Club Mailing List, powered by MailChimp, Daniel (The Natural Cavy) and MailChimp have access to your email address. By joining, you accept MailChimp’s terms and policies.
Our website uses various platforms for content. For instance, Facebook is used for messaging. By using our website, you are agreeing to Facebook’s and any other platform’s own Privacy and Data policies.
