Bell pepper is one of the best sources of vitamin c for guinea pigs (who like us can not create their own and must be supplemented in their diet). Not only is it super tasty, it offers a host of benefits.
–Benefits of Bell Pepper–
Bell Pepper is very high in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and antioxidants. They are also a good source of fiber.

*we would like to note that the pepper seeds are present in this mix. Soft seeds from bell peppers and cucumbers pose zero risk for choking (this goes for fresh as well, you can feed whole peppers and whole cucumbers without the need to remove the seeds 😊
Feed 1-2 teaspoons daily after slowly introducing it to your pets. Offer plain or use as a pellet, hay, or forage topper. All products are made in and packed in a cat-friendly🐈, piggy-friendly🐹, and smoke free🚭 home.

My guys LOVE these. I have one tiny little runt who is quite shy and skittish. He comes out of his hidey when he smells them. He spits out pea flakes, but will eat these out of my hand-as many as he can! I sprinkle these on their hay, and they both love it. My little runt is gaining weight from eating more hay. I just ordered the larger bag. The fact that they are loaded with Vit C is even better. Now a staple in our home.

Our guinea girl absolutely LOVES these bell pepper bits. During the spring she enjoyed fresh bell pepper, but as the summer heat came, she didn’t like the spiciness of peppers and refused them. She was very interested as soon as I opened the bag of the bits and we both hand feed them as treats and also with her food. I’m back to purchase the biggest quantity now!
