We typically ship packages out in 2-6 business days. For larger or more time intensive orders, please allow an extra day or so as many of our items are made to order.

We make post office runs Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Weekends do not count towards business days.

For our cookies and other handmade goods, we recommend the following advice:

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.

Best when used within 3 months from purchase.

Unfortunately, the handling at the post office can be rough...to put it lightly. While we do our best to package your order safely, things do happen.
If something arrives broken and it is NOT ON SALE and no coupon was used, we will gladly send a replacement out. And you’re still welcome to feed the broken pieces to your pet!

If you would prefer a refund, we will ask for photographic evidence the item is damaged. Note shipping will not be refunded.

*items on sale, in addition to orders placed with a coupon are not available for replacements
